Browser and Operating System Support
For maximum security, FIS recommends the use of the latest browser versions (including security patches) and operating systems offered by vendors. Versions that are two releases older than the current release are not supported. Many vendors are pushing browser updates to the latest version using automatic downloads; customers may not even be aware the browser has been updated. Once updated, many browsers cannot be set back to earlier versions if a problem occurs. While alternative browsers may allow access to online banking, some features may not be compatible.
